Želimir Kraljević could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Honrio Moñiz made a huge save. After 3 played minutes Real Unión CF got a freekick which was hit by Iliana Vielva. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frano Udovčić got free with Honrio Moñiz in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 7 minutes, Ivan Mrdeža mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NK BRONZIN and the Real Unión CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to NK BRONZIN getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ivan Mrdeža hit a great ball. After 11 minutes, Mateo Zuber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NK BRONZIN and the Real Unión CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th minute, one of NK BRONZIN:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for NK BRONZIN. The referee gave Real Unión CF a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pes Roca, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of NK BRONZIN's Goran Mahalec. 0-1. After 17 minutes of play, NK BRONZIN's Matej Gvojić made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Honrio Moñiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Frano Udovčić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Honrio Moñiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Goran Mahalec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Soter Cacho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. NK BRONZIN's Vatroslav Štefanić got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd match minute, Real Unión CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toribio Guitian to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Matej Gvojić managed to get in a good position for a shot. NK BRONZIN's supporters rose to their feet, but Matej Gvojić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honrio Moñiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Frano Udovčić got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 36 minutes into the game, Matej Gvojić recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Honrio Moñiz. Matej Gvojić showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Frano Udovčić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honrio Moñiz having to interfere. The excitement rose when Real Unión CF's Rozarius Buron after 46 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for NK BRONZIN's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 2-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frano Udovčić was the one to do the kick off. Goran Mahalec was a little too slow when Rozarius Buron got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 2-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frano Udovčić in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Honrio Moñiz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Goran Mahalec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rozarius Buron in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, NK BRONZIN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Zuber to maneuver through the defense. Matej Gvojić hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. NK BRONZIN's Matej Gvojić got his second yellow card of the match in the 73rd minute. The referee ordered Matej Gvojić off the ground. The supporters of Real Unión CF booed when NK BRONZIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matej Gvojić didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Želimir Kraljević in the 77th minute of play forced Real Unión CF's goalkeeper Honrio Moñiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vatroslav Štefanić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Honrio Moñiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Real Unión CF's Txilar Laures got a free kick in the 91st minute. Frano Udovčić struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Honrio Moñiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NK BRONZIN. Želimir Kraljević recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Real Unión CF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Real Unión CF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
