Camillo Colecchia might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gervasio Mattin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Camillo Colecchia ran back to his position shaking his head. After 27 played minutes Medoacus Maior got a freekick which was hit by Ettore Zollino. Bruno Cabrini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustavo Duardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Carlo Suriani made a huge save. After 33 played minutes Medoacus Maior got a freekick which was hit by Camillo Colecchia. In the 36th minute, Rodrigo Casado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carlo Suriani. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 40th minute, ♦Diabetes♦'s Rodrigo Casado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carlo Suriani. Carlo Suriani yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Camillo Colecchia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, ♦Diabetes♦'s goalkeeper Gervasio Mattin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Camillo Colecchia. Camillo Colecchia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 54th playminute. Gervasio Mattin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonello Garibaldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The supporters of ♦Diabetes♦ booed when Medoacus Maior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrizio Piccirilli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Medoacus Maior's Fabrizio Piccirilli got a free kick in the 80th minute. ♦Diabetes♦'s Rodrigo Casado couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 81st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Medoacus Maior. In the 87th match minute, Medoacus Maior was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessio Caligaris to maneuver through the defense. Cristoforo Barbanti was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 92 minutes into the match. A collision led to Medoacus Maior getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Cristoforo Barbanti hit a great ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Rodrigo Casado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ♦Diabetes♦'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Casado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
