Martin Erramu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th match minute, ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norbert Gregorczyk to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's Hieronim Trochowski got a free kick in the 20th minute. INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s Gonzalo Mambru got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kazimierz Miazga in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeronimo Abella saved INDEPENDIENTE F.C. from getting behind. Jeronimo Abella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kazimierz Miazga in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Cristian Ado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grzegorz Skikiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Mambru in the 30th minute of the match. Gonzalo Mambru's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Grzegorz Skikiewicz firmly grabbed it by the left post. The INDEPENDIENTE F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeronimo Abella should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Erramu in the 40th minute of play forced ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's goalkeeper Grzegorz Skikiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Erramu came free, but Grzegorz Skikiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kazimierz Miazga was the one to do the kick off. INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź the free kick. In the 93rd match minute, INDEPENDIENTE F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Mikeldi to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
