In the 12th minute, Anastasio Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 16 played minutes Gaviotas FC got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Gimenez. Ildefonso Ortle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Cristo Domenec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 played minutes Gaviotas FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Vimaro. Gavino Luke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Arnas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Iigo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gavino Luke was relentless in the 38th minute of the game.
