Simon Seber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute Alvaro Iigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerônimo Campidelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 played minutes Guns And Roses got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Ihintza. The supporters of Corinthians booed when Guns And Roses was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Seber didn't get a good kick on the ball. Allan do Valle hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Simon Seber's late challenge caught a Corinthians's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simon Seber helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Guns And Roses getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Simon Seber hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan do Valle in the 29th minute of play forced Guns And Roses's goalkeeper Cristo Domenec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Víktor Sarmento scored 2-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristo Domenec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Guns And Roses booed when Corinthians was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Didi Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Jorge Arnas notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Corinthians's Jerônimo Campidelis. Guns And Roses's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corinthians the free kick. In the 46th minute, Jorge Arnas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Víktor Sarmento made the kick off in the second half. Corinthians's Jerônimo Campidelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Iigo in the 55th minute of play. Jerônimo Campidelis was a little too slow when Simon Seber got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 2-2. Jorge Arnas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Jerônimo Campidelis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alvaro Iigo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo Renato Faria kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Alonzo Arixo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of Guns And Roses booed when Corinthians was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan do Valle didn't get a good kick on the ball.
