Ildefonso Ortle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julian Nikodemski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gavino Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Nikodemski in the 15th minute of play. Domingo Quinto hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 16th match minute, Kwaski Sandomierz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Cebula to maneuver through the defense. Edward Dziatkowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Ursino, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute Ildefonso Ortle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Dziatkowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingo Quinto hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Julian Nikodemski hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the game, Zbyszko Wojtyna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kwaski Sandomierz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gaviotas FC the free kick. Zbyszko Wojtyna kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When Bernard Cebula fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kwaski Sandomierz's protests and gave Bernard Cebula a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Kwaski Sandomierz's Bernard Cebula got a free kick in the 34th minute. Ildefonso Ortle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Dziatkowicz having to interfere. After 39 played minutes Kwaski Sandomierz got a freekick which was hit by Bernard Cebula. In the 40th minute, Tytus Ciechocki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Ursino notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Kwaski Sandomierz's Edward Dziatkowicz. Edward Dziatkowicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Gaviotas FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ildefonso Ortle to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Ildefonso Ortle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gaviotas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ildefonso Ortle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edward Dziatkowicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gaviotas FC's Damian Rufo was substituted for Fabricio Jakobe. Kwaski Sandomierz's Edward Dziatkowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Ortle in the 65th minute of play. Casimiro Lopez hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 68th match minute, Gaviotas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Lopez to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Kwaski Sandomierz's Bernard Cebula got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Gaviotas FC's Ildefonso Ortle got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Ortle in the 76th minute of play forced Kwaski Sandomierz's goalkeeper Edward Dziatkowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 77 played minutes Kwaski Sandomierz got a freekick which was hit by Tytus Ciechocki. Edward Dziatkowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Ortle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
