Edward Kon charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Janusz Magdziarz hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Rafael Michael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janusz Magdziarz in the 15th minute of the match. The supporters of Nadodrze Wrocław booed when Club Atletico Fenix was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Estebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tymoteusz Misiorowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Rafael Michael made a huge save. 20 minutes into the match, Nadodrze Wrocław's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Valentine came free, but Jerzy Ciborek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Club Atletico Fenix fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! In the 41st minute Isidro Araoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerzy Ciborek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Fenix's goalkeeper Rafael Michael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radowit Budzyn. Club Atletico Fenix's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Kazimierz Nakoneczny scored to the left of an out of position Rafael Michael, making the score, 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kazimierz Nakoneczny to make the kick off. Isidro Araoz kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Angelo Valentine dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jerzy Ciborek, 2-2. In the 60th minute, Kazimierz Nakoneczny got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Nadodrze Wrocław booed when Club Atletico Fenix was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Estebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute, Godfredo Seber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafael Michael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimierz Nakoneczny, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Club Atletico Fenix's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nadodrze Wrocław the free kick. After 82 played minutes Club Atletico Fenix got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Felo. Nadodrze Wrocław's Janusz Magdziarz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Club Atletico Fenix. In the 86th minute, Isidro Araoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the match, Nadodrze Wrocław's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Valentine came free, but Jerzy Ciborek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Bernabel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Club Atletico Fenix players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
