The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delfim Marquez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Haroldo Cearense kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rapinantes F.C.'s zone, Alexandre Botelho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Botelho might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabiano Lucas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexandre Botelho ran back to his position shaking his head. Haroldo Cearense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Lucas having to interfere. After 86 minutes, Gildo Maranhense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uno Mille FC and the Rapinantes F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th match minute, Uno Mille FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gildo Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. Bruninho Brasil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Delfim Marquez made a huge save. Delfim Marquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diguinho Araújo in the 89th minute of play. The Rapinantes F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
