An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigel Urduban in the 20th minute of play forced Audaz FC's goalkeeper Vitin Colsa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 22nd minute by Urritz Villaran got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 23rd match minute, Carpathian Wolves was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabin Ciomag to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicu Steriopol during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 28 minutes into the game, Urtsin Moste was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Audaz FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carpathian Wolves the free kick. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Audaz FC! 31 minutes into the game, Audaz FC's Urritz Villaran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After 48 played minutes, Carpathian Wolves's Nicu Steriopol shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vitin Colsa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Carpathian Wolves reached it. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Urritz Villaran was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Patricio Nogueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Ionică Alb was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ionică Alb didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Urritz Villaran went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Ionică Alb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vergaray Esquide in the 64th minute of play. Ionică Alb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urritz Villaran in the 65th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Audaz FC's Vicente Artaza got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 67th minute, Nicu Steriopol sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Audaz FC's Vitin Colsa didn't even have to move. Urritz Villaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Audaz FC booed when Carpathian Wolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabin Ciomag didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ionică Alb came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Audaz FC's Vergaray Esquide. But to his dismay, Vergaray Esquide quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. In the 79th minute, Urritz Villaran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ionică Alb was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Ionică Alb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vergaray Esquide, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute, Vergaray Esquide made a precise shot to the right of Ionică Alb. Carpathian Wolves's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. After 88 minutes, Vicente Artaza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Audaz FC and the Carpathian Wolves players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, Vicente Artaza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
