The audience was convinced that Alonzo Lugo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabrizio Massa was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Fidel Barrionuevo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonello Melone in the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Armin Trivelli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fidel Barrionuevo. Club Atletico Chusca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armin Trivelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 27 minutes of play, PomeziaRamblers's Armin Trivelli made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fidel Barrionuevo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carlo Giordano kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 31stth minute of the game Alonzo Lugo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PomeziaRamblers's Fabrizio Massa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. PomeziaRamblers's Ciro Mastrocola got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Chusca's goalkeeper Fidel Barrionuevo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlo Giordano. The crowd rose to their feet as PomeziaRamblers's Ciro Mastrocola slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fidel Barrionuevo. That made the score 4-0 after 37 minutes of play. In the 40th minute Antonello Melone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Barrionuevo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 45 minutes on the clock, Ettore Andreoli commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of PomeziaRamblers:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Club Atletico Chusca:s goal. Fabrizio Massa had in the 48thth minute some difficulties stopping Fabio Tulio's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Rafael Guifre made the kick off in the second half. If Rafael Guifre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlo Giordano during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Chusca's Constantino Eguen got a free kick in the 71st minute. Club Atletico Chusca's Rafael Guifre got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, PomeziaRamblers's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Guifre came free, but Fabrizio Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. PomeziaRamblers's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
