Carpathian Wolves's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SvE United the free kick. After a rather tough play, Carpathian Wolves's Doru Ghiondea got a free kick in the 11th minute. The supporters of SvE United booed when Carpathian Wolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dumitru Ştoia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carpathian Wolves's Ionică Alb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radko Mitziev in the 17th minute of play. Boncho Uvakov took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ionică Alb. Ionică Alb dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ionică Alb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iskren Glavinov in the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Radko Mitziev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ionică Alb was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 45th minute Gigel Urduban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimo Igov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 58th match minute, Carpathian Wolves was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ion Berevoescu to maneuver through the defense. Ionică Alb was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Radko Mitziev capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Radko Mitziev really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Kuzman Dobrovski went to the cornerflag to take it. After having played for 68 minutes, Kuzman Dobrovski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SvE United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kuzman Dobrovski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Carpathian Wolves's goal looked a bit too open when Radko Mitziev came free, but Ionică Alb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radko Mitziev who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Ionică Alb when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ionică Alb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radko Mitziev in the 75th minute of the match. Dimo Igov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vintilă Ignea, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, SvE United's Radko Mitziev dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. In the 82nd minute of the match, Radko Mitziev got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ionică Alb was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Carpathian Wolves were furious when Doru Ghiondea was red carded, 85 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Carpathian Wolves! The goalkeeper, Ionică Alb, was totally fooled by SvE United's Kuzman Dobrovski, who 86 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 89 minutes into the game, Gigel Urduban was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carpathian Wolves's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SvE United the free kick. A collision led to Carpathian Wolves getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Gigel Urduban hit a great ball. Ionică Alb didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 97th minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SvE United had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
