An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaldo Pombal in the 4th minute of play forced Furia Albiceleste's goalkeeper Astor Eleazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the game, Matias Ioritz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rafinha Torres. Matias Ioritz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Jesus Guillelmo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Rafinha Torres made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's zone, Matias Ioritz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafinha Torres came out of the goal and Matias Ioritz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sebastian Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th match minute, Guadalupe FC - CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Breno Brodel to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the game, Norberto Rexino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Furia Albiceleste's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guadalupe FC - CIMZ the free kick. After a rather tough play, Furia Albiceleste's Norberto Rexino got a free kick in the 21st minute. Astor Eleazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Luís Maranhense in the 25th minute of play. After 26 minutes of play, Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's Isaltino Travassos made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Astor Eleazar was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th minute, Jesus Guillelmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Astor Eleazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Luís Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Astor Eleazar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Guadalupe FC - CIMZ booed when Furia Albiceleste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Ioritz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Astor Eleazar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Fontes in the 41st minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Furia Albiceleste's goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio de Queiroz came free, but Astor Eleazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sílvio Luís Maranhense during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Guadalupe FC - CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sílvio Luís Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Furia Albiceleste's goal looked a bit too open when Isaltino Travassos came free, but Astor Eleazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 55th minute, one of Guadalupe FC - CIMZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Guadalupe FC - CIMZ. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Ernesto Fontes sped through Furia Albiceleste's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Astor Eleazar. 65 minutes into the game, Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's Ernesto Fontes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Eleazar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Ernesto Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernesto Fontes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Astor Eleazar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Astor Eleazar stood somewhat misplaced when Ernesto Fontes came free in front of goal and shot 1-5 to the left of him in the 72 minute. Sílvio Luís Maranhense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Astor Eleazar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Adrian Aragones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Furia Albiceleste's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Luís Maranhense came free, but Astor Eleazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Guadalupe FC - CIMZ getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Ernesto Fontes hit a great ball. Astor Eleazar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernesto Fontes in the 86th minute. The supporters of Furia Albiceleste booed when Guadalupe FC - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hortêncio de Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafinha Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Guillelmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Jesus Guillelmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafinha Torres having to interfere. Furia Albiceleste's defense didn't have a chance, in the 97th minute, when Sílvio Luís Maranhense scored to the left of an out of position Astor Eleazar, making the score, 1-6. Guadalupe FC - CIMZ were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Furia Albiceleste's much stronger midfield.
