Spectators: 7458 (Terracing: 5594, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gigel Urduban started the match with the kick off. Matias Ioritz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Furia Albiceleste booed when Carpathian Wolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantin Hidișan didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Carpathian Wolves getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Andrei Encuțescu hit a great ball. Ionică Alb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Ioritz, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After a rather tough play, Carpathian Wolves's Constantin Hidișan got a free kick in the 10th minute. Carpathian Wolves's Ionică Alb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Guillelmo in the 13th minute of play. Ionică Alb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Ioritz in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Carpathian Wolves's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Ioritz came free, but Ionică Alb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Norberto Rexino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ionică Alb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Ioritz in the 21st minute of the match. Carpathian Wolves's Ionică Alb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Guillelmo in the 24th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Carpathian Wolves's Godofredo Berto threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gigel Urduban, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ionică Alb came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Furia Albiceleste's Matias Ioritz. But to his dismay, Matias Ioritz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jesus Guillelmo made a kick off. Gigel Urduban charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gigel Urduban the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Furia Albiceleste's Matias Ioritz got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 58 played minutes Furia Albiceleste got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Gerazan. 61 minutes into the match, Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper Ionică Alb had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jesus Guillelmo. Furia Albiceleste's Norberto Rexino got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Jesus Guillelmo took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Ionică Alb to make any attempt to save it. Jesus Guillelmo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ionică Alb firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigel Urduban in the 79th minute of play forced Furia Albiceleste's goalkeeper Godofredo Berto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Carpathian Wolves fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Carpathian Wolves's Gigel Urduban looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd rose to their feet as Furia Albiceleste's Matias Ioritz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ionică Alb. That made the score 1-5 after 88 minutes of play. Ionică Alb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Ioritz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Furia Albiceleste's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
