After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Östen Bennet managed to get in a good position for a shot. BENA FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Östen Bennet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabrizio Massa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the game, BENA FK's Östen Bennet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabrizio Massa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 46th minute Östen Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrizio Massa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Johannes Kristiansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Mastrocola in the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, PomeziaRamblers's Antonello Melone got a free kick in the 64th minute. The supporters of PomeziaRamblers booed when BENA FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pål Klintæus didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Armin Trivelli put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Johannes Kristiansson. In the 79th minute, Ciro Mastrocola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johannes Kristiansson came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by PomeziaRamblers's Carlo Giordano. But to his dismay, Carlo Giordano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. The long shot by Villiam Hultman in the 88th minute really tested Fabrizio Massa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Fabrizio Massa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Östen Bennet in the 89th minute. 92 minutes into the game, PomeziaRamblers's Carlo Giordano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Johannes Kristiansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. BENA FK's Johannes Kristiansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Mastrocola in the 95th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. PomeziaRamblers had played much better football throughout.
