Spectators: 7572 (Terracing: 5680, Seating: 1741, VIP seats: 151) In the 3rd minute Abdulbaki Boratay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Abeita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Motu getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Leonardo Deunoro hit a great ball. After 12 played minutes Motu got a freekick which was hit by Roque Etxekopar. Motu's Eliseo Abeita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tamer Torhan in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Motu's Leonardo Deunoro got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 30 minutes into the game, Motu's Horacio Harriet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Boran Gencal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Eliseo Abeita made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Abdulbaki Boratay sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Motu's Eliseo Abeita got control of the ball when Abdulbaki Boratay tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eliseo Abeita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atalay Şahtürk in the 43rd minute of the match. The Bozkurt players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Motu were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horacio Harriet to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Bozkurt's Taner Sartık got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Boran Gencal was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Teofilo Artaldo. In the 57th minute, Jacobo Intxixu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo Abeita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdulbaki Boratay's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Özalp Hasankeyf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliseo Abeita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atalay Şahtürk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Abdulbaki Boratay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eliseo Abeita. Motu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abdulbaki Boratay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulbaki Boratay in the 78th minute of play forced Motu's goalkeeper Eliseo Abeita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Özalp Hasankeyf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Eliseo Abeita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Bozkurt booed when Motu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Porfiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 89 minutes, Abdulbaki Boratay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bozkurt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdulbaki Boratay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Bozkurt players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
