The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 26th minute, Milko Handzhiev made a precise shot to the right of Hasan Bræmdal. FC Hyklerne's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Ganyo Monev kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Rudy Forsgren scored 2-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Svetozar Gyurkovski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute, Amadeus Paabøl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Milko Handzhiev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute Rudy Forsgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svetozar Gyurkovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Svetozar Gyurkovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudy Forsgren in the 47th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Milko Handzhiev to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rumen Tomchev in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hasan Bræmdal saved FC Hyklerne from getting behind. Hasan Bræmdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rumen Tomchev, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Rumen Tomchev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Hyklerne's Hasan Bræmdal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 81st play minutes Milko Handzhiev shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Hasan Bræmdal and just under the crossbar into goal. Hasan Bræmdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milko Handzhiev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Hyklerne's goalkeeper Hasan Bræmdal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ewald Runchel's late challenge caught a АФК Фонтаните's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ewald Runchel helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. АФК Фонтаните had won after a very even match.
