In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Motu's goalkeeper Eliseo Abeita, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 7th match minute, Motu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blas Florinio to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute Marcos Sewell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Abeita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horacio Harriet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horacio Harriet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Darin Marks having to make a save. In the 24th minute Marcos Sewell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Abeita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 30 minutes on the clock, Leonardo Deunoro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Eliseo Abeita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bobby Fisher went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to C. A. Pipon Pipon getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Marcos Sewell hit a great ball. Eliseo Abeita made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bobby Fisher in the 42nd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

C. A. Pipon Pipon made a substitution. Rickie Andrews replaced Thaddeus Wiley. After a rather tough play, Motu's Horacio Harriet got a free kick in the 58th minute. Motu's Eliseo Abeita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raphael Houser in the 63rd minute of play. After 69 played minutes Motu got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Gurutz. Teofilo Artaldo hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. When Horacio Harriet fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Motu's protests and gave Horacio Harriet a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th minute, Horacio Harriet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C. A. Pipon Pipon's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
