With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dennis Bessing in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Svetozar Gyurkovski saved АФК Фонтаните from getting behind. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fc Benefica's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Iliyan Karadzhov was slow to take the kick. During this time АФК Фонтаните's players had a chance to rest. After recieving a nice pass, АФК Фонтаните's Iliyan Karadzhov tried to score from far away in the 67th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Milko Handzhiev's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Martien van Boxel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theo Blikman in the 72nd minute of play forced АФК Фонтаните's goalkeeper Svetozar Gyurkovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 73rd minute of the match Totyo Geneshki completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Totyo Geneshki a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The referee ignored Fc Benefica's protests and gave Roeland Ridder a yellow card for diving instead. Svetozar Gyurkovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Bessing in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute Theo Blikman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svetozar Gyurkovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Ganyo Monev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 played minutes, Fc Benefica's Roeland Ridder shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Svetozar Gyurkovski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fc Benefica reached it. Fc Benefica's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
