Arturo Acevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boran Gencal having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Abdulbaki Boratay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Argi was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulbaki Boratay in the 31st minute of play forced SOUTH THUNDER's goalkeeper Benito Argi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Süruri Tahir took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benito Argi. SOUTH THUNDER's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulbaki Boratay in the 48th minute of play forced SOUTH THUNDER's goalkeeper Benito Argi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 54 minutes SOUTH THUNDER's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was İbrahim Ethem Kapar who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Bozkurt booed when SOUTH THUNDER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Acevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Argi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdulbaki Boratay's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Arturo Acevedo made a great header on SOUTH THUNDER's corner, it was just that Bozkurt's Boran Gencal managed to reach the ball for a save. 85 minutes into the match, Bozkurt's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Tome came free, but Boran Gencal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atalay Şahtürk charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The Bozkurt players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
