An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Villavedon in the 4th minute of play forced Nagrand's goalkeeper Alam Dyce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the game, Bagui Orosco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NAGANO F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nagrand the free kick. Bagui Orosco hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Iskandar Phua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Afiz Hee lost his temper 11 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 11 minutes into the game, one of Nagrand:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ysidro Creus charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ysidro Creus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 15 played minutes NAGANO F.C got a freekick which was hit by Ysidro Creus. In the 17th minute, Rifki Low left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nagrand fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 26 minutes, Rudy Yi-Sheng mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nagrand and the NAGANO F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nagrand's Gabriel Laycock got a free kick in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Mario Borniquell notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Nagrand's Alam Dyce. Alam Dyce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 46th minute Jairón Carradelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alam Dyce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half NAGANO F.C were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Rifki Low made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jairón Carradelo got free with Alam Dyce in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th minute, Jaime Roig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nagrand's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Jairo Villavedon scored to the left of an out of position Alam Dyce, making the score, 1-4. 64 minutes into the match, Nagrand's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Borniquell came free, but Alam Dyce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Nagrand's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Borniquell came free, but Alam Dyce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The tension between the Nagrand and the NAGANO F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th minute, Rifki Low hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jairón Carradelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alam Dyce having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Nicholas Soon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Nagrand's zone, Jaime Roig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alam Dyce came out of the goal and Jaime Roig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. NAGANO F.C walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
