Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Georg Arvidsson made the kick off which started today's match. Georg Arvidsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 7 played minutes StraX Xenon FC got a freekick which was hit by Per Kjellbom. After recieving a nice pass, FC Blåvitt's Sixten Eriksson tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Oscar Grubb notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of StraX Xenon FC's Rasmus Larsson. Rasmus Larsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of FC Blåvitt booed when StraX Xenon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Isaksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute of the match Egil Hjälm sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rasmus Larsson skillfully saved the ball. If Georg Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mattias Jonasson hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute Karl-Erik Björnberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rasmus Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Karl-Erik Björnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th match minute, FC Blåvitt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrik Åström to maneuver through the defense. Rune Wickander hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Per Kjellbom struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Reine Sundberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for StraX Xenon FC.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hans Isaksson to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Blåvitt's Reine Sundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Isaksson in the 59th minute of play. In the 66th minute Gustav Jansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reine Sundberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Henrik Åström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 69 played minutes, StraX Xenon FC's Per Kjellbom shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Reine Sundberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in StraX Xenon FC reached it. In the 72nd minute of the match, Georg Arvidsson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rasmus Larsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rasmus Larsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sixten Eriksson went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. When Rune Wickander fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Blåvitt's protests and gave Rune Wickander a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Blåvitt's Rune Wickander got a free kick in the 85th minute. The supporters of StraX Xenon FC booed when FC Blåvitt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Åström didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Blåvitt eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
