One of Deportivo Tachito:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Deportivo Pucho:s goal. Deportivo Tachito:s Armando Foro showed great skill when he stopped Tomás Checa:s penalty. After some careless play in the Deportivo Tachito defense, Tomás Checa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Foro. The Deportivo Tachito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Foro should have stopped the shot. In the 10th match minute, Deportivo Pucho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Tallia to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Pucho's zone, Adan Obeko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Botello came out of the goal and Adan Obeko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustacio Quinten kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. When Jimeno Elodio in the 14th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Edgardo Botello kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Deportivo Tachito's Armando Foro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Quinten in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Quinten in the 20th minute of play forced Deportivo Tachito's goalkeeper Armando Foro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute Eustacio Quinten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Foro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerardo Rocio's late challenge caught a Deportivo Pucho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jimeno Elodio was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Justino Feliz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgardo Botello. Deportivo Pucho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Justino Feliz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Pucho's goalkeeper Edgardo Botello, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Tomás Checa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Armando Foro. The goal made the score 4-2. In the 74th minute, Ermegildo James hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute Jimeno Elodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Botello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 80 minutes of play, Deportivo Pucho's Benicio Librado made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Foro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jaime Tallia kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After having played for 85 minutes, Adan Obeko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Tachito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adan Obeko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgardo Botello stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jimeno Elodio's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. With a little luck, Deportivo Tachito's Armando Foro got control of the ball when Benicio Librado tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jimeno Elodio in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgardo Botello saved Deportivo Pucho from getting behind. Edgardo Botello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Elodio, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
