The player immediately received a yellow card. Aimilios Koupepes hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The supporters of A.K.Sh Albania booed when MICE F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermis Labrou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Omiros Bakogiannopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Endrit Rusi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute of the match Loukas Kokkinias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mirel Çyfeku showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mirel Çyfeku showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tasos Tsirigopoulos in the 24th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes A.K.Sh Albania got a freekick which was hit by Deni Eminaj. Omiros Bakogiannopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Endrit Rusi, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. A.K.Sh Albania were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after MICE F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ermir Bardhyli took the corner. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind MICE F.C.'s goalkeeper Omiros Bakogiannopoulos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the MICE F.C. defense, Fiori Myftiu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Omiros Bakogiannopoulos. The MICE F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Omiros Bakogiannopoulos should have stopped the shot. If Endrit Rusi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Omiros Bakogiannopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Endrit Rusi, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fiori Myftiu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mirel Çyfeku stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kosmas Agritis's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tasos Tsirigopoulos got free with Mirel Çyfeku in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theodosis Theodorakoglou in the 60th minute of play forced A.K.Sh Albania's goalkeeper Mirel Çyfeku to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tasos Tsirigopoulos got free with Mirel Çyfeku in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind MICE F.C.'s goalkeeper Omiros Bakogiannopoulos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A.K.Sh Albania's Mirel Çyfeku played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kosmas Agritis in the 68th minute of play. Mirel Çyfeku made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kosmas Agritis in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, MICE F.C.'s Tasos Tsirigopoulos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mirel Çyfeku made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. If Tasos Tsirigopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. Mirel Çyfeku was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kosmas Agritis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 84 minute of play. When Fiori Myftiu came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the A.K.Sh Albania fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fiori Myftiu couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute Endrit Rusi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omiros Bakogiannopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mirel Çyfeku made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Tasos Tsirigopoulos sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over MICE F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than A.K.Sh Albania throughout the match.
