In the 16th match minute, Kolopetinitsa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vassilis Bogdanos to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Lambros Karpodinis notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Piotrków Trybunalski's Aureliusz Fronczak. Aureliusz Fronczak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 26 minutes into the match, Kacper Domala dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Spyros Panagiotas, 1-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Piotrków Trybunalski fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! Alkis Athanasiou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliusz Fronczak having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

Spyros Panagiotas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antoni Falke in the 61st minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Vassilis Bogdanos put in a rough tackle. Vassilis Bogdanos kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Bartosz Miazga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
