SABALEPLUS's Rosendo Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardas Gadliauskas in the 11th minute of play. Saturnino Quinton kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Motiejus Saudargis scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rosendo Duarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 21 minutes, Vytenis Baltutis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Mintis Vilnius's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vytenis Baltutis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Bernardas Gadliauskas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rosendo Duarte was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. 40 minutes into the match, Bernardas Gadliauskas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rosendo Duarte. SABALEPLUS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardas Gadliauskas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Rosendo Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukas Kulpys, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saturnino Quinton was the one to do the kick off. Rosendo Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Motiejus Saudargis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Saturnino Quinton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saturnino Quinton struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Gvidonas Jakimavičius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SABALEPLUS. FK Mintis Vilnius's Bernardas Gadliauskas got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aaron Orzaize sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, SABALEPLUS's goal looked a bit too open when Motiejus Saudargis came free, but Rosendo Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
