Marcelo Donato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Moisés Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateo Blanco, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When Gregorio Chuse fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Zabaleta's protests and gave Gregorio Chuse a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ booed when La Zabaleta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Chuse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moisés Arce stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mateo Blanco's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Doriva de Queirós kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Feliberto Bittor. That made the score 3-1 in the 32 minute of play. Feliberto Bittor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anderson Cardozo in the 36th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of La Zabaleta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ:s goal. After 46 minutes of play, Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Anderson Cardozo made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feliberto Bittor was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fermin Lucero to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Adrio came free, but Moisés Arce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fermin Lucero fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Zabaleta's protests and gave Fermin Lucero a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes La Zabaleta got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Lucero. Feliberto Bittor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anderson Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anderson Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Zé Augusto do Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 85 minutes, Doriva de Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doriva de Queirós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Feliberto Bittor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva de Queirós in the 87th minute of the match. The supporters of La Zabaleta booed when Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo da Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Doriva de Queirós hit a great ball. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
