Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bradaigh Silke took the kick off in the first half of the match. Eli Villalobos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bradaigh Silke in the 5th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Uí Fergusa's Bradaigh Silke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eli Villalobos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Isaias Salce fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GreenUnited's protests and gave Isaias Salce a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Uí Fergusa booed when GreenUnited was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Salce didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the GreenUnited defense, Bradaigh Silke kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eli Villalobos. The GreenUnited fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eli Villalobos should have stopped the shot. In the 17th minute Gabrio Dozal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bivadi McJohnny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Txeru Montaña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Gabrio Dozal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bivadi McJohnny was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Pembroke McPaul might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eli Villalobos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pembroke McPaul ran back to his position shaking his head. When Guaberto Reigada came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the GreenUnited fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Reigada couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabrio Dozal got free with Bivadi McJohnny in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute, Pembroke McPaul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uí Fergusa's Bivadi McJohnny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabrio Dozal in the 35th minute of play. After 40 played minutes GreenUnited got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Salce. Eli Villalobos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bradaigh Silke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Bradaigh Silke kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. A collision led to Uí Fergusa getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Breenan Beckett hit a great ball. Berasko Gordo charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Berasko Gordo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes GreenUnited got a freekick which was hit by Berasko Gordo. Eli Villalobos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bradaigh Silke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 66 played minutes Uí Fergusa got a freekick which was hit by Peadair Dempsey. When Isaias Salce was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. Isaias Salce kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Uí Fergusa's Shamus Kirby shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 72nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Eli Villalobos but with some difficulty. Bivadi McJohnny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabrio Dozal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Uí Fergusa booed when GreenUnited was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domenico Solarriba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bradaigh Silke succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 77th playminute. After some careless play in the Uí Fergusa defense, Florencio Antoniano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bivadi McJohnny. The Uí Fergusa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bivadi McJohnny should have stopped the shot. GreenUnited's Eli Villalobos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save GreenUnited from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domenico Solarriba during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 91 played minutes GreenUnited got a freekick which was hit by Domenico Solarriba. The Uí Fergusa supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Uí Fergusa would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
