Spectators: 7511 (Terracing: 5634, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rafael de Godoi kicked off to start the match. Dugan Doherty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Three Lions FC's Rafael de Godoi got a free kick in the 11th minute. A collision led to Three Lions FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Zézinho Lopez hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Dugan Doherty got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Three Lions FC booed when Uí Fergusa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dugan Doherty didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Bradaigh Silke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Three Lions FC's Ricardinho Pirani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Three Lions FC's zone, Pembroke McPaul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardinho Pirani came out of the goal and Pembroke McPaul tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the match, Uí Fergusa's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Leal came free, but Bivadi McJohnny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bivadi McJohnny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Leal in the 39th minute of play. Bivadi McJohnny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael de Godoi in the 42nd minute of play forced Uí Fergusa's goalkeeper Bivadi McJohnny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Uí Fergusa defense, Mathias Gonçalves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bivadi McJohnny. The Uí Fergusa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bivadi McJohnny should have stopped the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bradaigh Silke was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Uí Fergusa's Pembroke McPaul got a free kick in the 51st minute. Bivadi McJohnny acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 52nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bernardo Leal. Bivadi McJohnny made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardo Leal in the 56th minute. Bivadi McJohnny didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 57th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. If Álvaro Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uí Fergusa's supporters rose to their feet, but Bradaigh Silke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardinho Pirani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rafael de Godoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Bivadi McJohnny made a huge save. Bivadi McJohnny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Gonçalves in the 89th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardo Leal got free with Bivadi McJohnny in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92nd minute of the match, Álvaro Proença tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bivadi McJohnny saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 96 minutes into the match, Uí Fergusa's goal looked a bit too open when Álvaro Proença came free, but Bivadi McJohnny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Uí Fergusa supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Three Lions FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Three Lions FC.
