Albérico Amorim struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Ricardo Distiratsu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esquadrão Lusitano. Cristo Danel scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Trindade, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristo Danel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cristo Danel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Albérico Amorim's late challenge caught a Moscovi Ψ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albérico Amorim helped the player get up and apologised. Albérico Amorim kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. When Esquadrão Lusitano's Albertino Lobato in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moscovi Ψ's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Moscovi Ψ booed when Esquadrão Lusitano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Aveiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moscovi Ψ's Ricardo Distiratsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertino Lobato in the 25th minute of play. Albérico Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ricardo Distiratsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Distiratsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albertino Lobato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albérico Amorim's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Ricardo Distiratsu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Reynaldo Ekhi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albertino Lobato in the 39th minute of play forced Moscovi Ψ's goalkeeper Ricardo Distiratsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Albertino Lobato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Albertino Lobato kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ricardo Distiratsu. That made the score 1-2 in the 48 minute of play. The Esquadrão Lusitano players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Moscovi Ψ were winning 1-2.

After having played for 53 minutes, Albertino Lobato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esquadrão Lusitano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albertino Lobato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 55 minutes, Albertino Lobato made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Moscovi Ψ's Ricardo Distiratsu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Esquadrão Lusitano booed when Moscovi Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Fortun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sabino Carrasqueira hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 72ndth minute of the game Albertino Lobato who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moscovi Ψ's Ricardo Distiratsu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Sabino Carrasqueira fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Esquadrão Lusitano's protests and gave Sabino Carrasqueira a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Albérico Amorim put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ricardo Distiratsu. After 81 minutes of play Esquadrão Lusitano's Albérico Amorim was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. When Moscovi Ψ's Cristo Danel, in the 82nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Moscovi Ψ. Evaristo Fortun hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Esquadrão Lusitano's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Danel came free, but Ivan Trindade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esquadrão Lusitano's Ivan Trindade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Terciero in the 95th minute of play. Ricardo Distiratsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertino Lobato, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. In the 98th minute Albertino Lobato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Distiratsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esquadrão Lusitano's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
