After a defensive mix-up in Cuervos AFC's zone, Martino Abaunza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Ubarna came out of the goal and Martino Abaunza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Marco Selatse fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cuervos AFC's protests and gave Marco Selatse a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Cuervos AFC's Marco Selatse got a free kick in the 6th minute. Dario Urtsin kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match Olivar Abel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adolfo Ubarna skillfully saved the ball. Pablo Bernebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 20th minute of the game. One of Cuervos AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pepsi Fuchibol Clu:s goal. The referee gave Pepsi Fuchibol Clu a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Olivar Abel, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cuervos AFC's Adolfo Ubarna. 0-2. In the 25th match minute, Cuervos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Mendebal to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Meendez Abellaneda in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Ubarna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frisco Abajas hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, Meendez Abellaneda made a precise shot to the right of Adolfo Ubarna. Cuervos AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 47 played minutes Pepsi Fuchibol Clu got a freekick which was hit by Selmo Abello. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pablo Bernebe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Nereo Cresenciano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingo Abeijon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Cuervos AFC's Adolfo Ubarna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Cuervos AFC from getting a goal against them. After 68 played minutes Cuervos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Mendebal. In the 71st minute, Javiar Abadia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adolfo Ubarna. The goal made the score 2-5. Elazar Abaurre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Cuervos AFC's Pablo Bernebe got a free kick in the 76th minute. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Olivar Abel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 77th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Adolfo Ubarna but with some difficulty. Martino Abaunza might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adolfo Ubarna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martino Abaunza ran back to his position shaking his head. 82 minutes into the game, one of Cuervos AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 84th minute there was a penalty for Pepsi Fuchibol Clu. Olivar Abel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Adolfo Ubarna. 2-6. Meendez Abellaneda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Adolfo Ubarna made a huge save. Rolando Joey's late challenge caught a Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rolando Joey helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd match minute, Cuervos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Selatse to maneuver through the defense. Domingo Abeijon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Bernebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Domingo Abeijon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Maju in the 98th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Meendez Abellaneda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolfo Ubarna was relentless in the 103rd minute of the game. The Cuervos AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
