Joel Fidele charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Fidele the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Quetzal Flyers Hammers booed when Cardo Ruso Cordobés was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Fidele didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klas Löfgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aureliano Louis. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfons Mattsson to make the kick off.
