Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 洪翔荣 ran back to his position shaking his head. 魏钢康 had several of the Lengua de Lobo's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Rigoberto Rosario as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a rather tough play, 『挑战者』罗马奥林匹克俱乐部's 魏钢康 got a free kick in the 26th minute. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erubiel Lugo was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Lengua de Lobo getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Maximiliano Berdaitz hit a great ball. 胡博浩 struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in 『挑战者』罗马奥林匹克俱乐部's zone, Erubiel Lugo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 宋坤坚 came out of the goal and Erubiel Lugo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If 柯瑜宽 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erubiel Lugo hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Evaristo Martxel lost his temper 65 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 65th minute, one of Lengua de Lobo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lengua de Lobo. Rigoberto Rosario had in the 67thth minute some difficulties stopping 胡博浩's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Osvaldo Nerio hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that 柯瑜宽's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rigoberto Rosario was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Rigoberto Rosario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 柯瑜宽, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 柯瑜宽 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Rigoberto Rosario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 魏钢康 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 范磊烽's late challenge caught a Lengua de Lobo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 范磊烽 helped the player get up and apologised. Victor Gonza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 宋坤坚 having to interfere. Despite being the better team, 『挑战者』罗马奥林匹克俱乐部 failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
