Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nichifor Burnei kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Mihai Bârsescu got a free kick in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panait Tinu in the 9th minute of play forced Real Madrid de Guatemala's goalkeeper Mauro Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Ivan Ramos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute, Mihai Bârsescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mauro Sosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Tractorul Satulung -MM-:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Real Madrid de Guatemala:s goal. 35 minutes into the match, Mihai Bârsescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauro Sosa. Real Madrid de Guatemala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mihai Bârsescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Padilla in the 39th minute of play forced Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goalkeeper Nechifor Gheție to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Ramos came free, but Nechifor Gheție reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Shawn Oporto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nechifor Gheție was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The supporters of Tractorul Satulung -MM- booed when Real Madrid de Guatemala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauro Sosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nichifor Burnei in the 54th minute of play. Ivan Ramos took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nechifor Gheție. Nechifor Gheție dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. With a little luck, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Nechifor Gheție got control of the ball when Ivan Ramos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nechifor Gheție showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Ruiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Nechifor Gheție didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivan Ramos went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. Mauro Sosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avram Bistreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 91 minutes of play, Real Madrid de Guatemala's Enrique Padilla made it 2-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nechifor Gheție was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded Real Madrid de Guatemala left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tractorul Satulung -MM-.
