Sorci Viola's Dennis Calcio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rony Nunes in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Austra 04 VFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferruccio Cordone came free, but Fabiano Porto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dennis Calcio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Austra 04 VFC were victorious despite being under pressure from Sorci Viola for much of the match.
