Jouke Vaalman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Goren having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in chacarita juniors's zone, Demy Krommert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Goren came out of the goal and Demy Krommert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of MK Investments booed when chacarita juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Olando didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, MK Investments's Rene Goren threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Demy Krommert, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 65th minute Demy Krommert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Goren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 67th minute by Zacarias Urtun got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. But to his dismay, Jouke Vaalman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. A collision led to chacarita juniors getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Isidro Ordono hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, chacarita juniors's Urbano Terciero got a free kick in the 78th minute. Rene Goren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jouke Vaalman in the 82nd minute of play. With a little luck, MK Investments's Kelvin Overmars got control of the ball when Zacarias Urtun tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute of the match Urbano Terciero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kelvin Overmars skillfully saved the ball. Zacarias Urtun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kelvin Overmars showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Galsino in the 90th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Demy Krommert in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rene Goren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that MK Investments were the better team. MK Investments's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
