Spectators: 7561 (Terracing: 5672, Seating: 1738, VIP seats: 151) An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Clodio in the 5th minute of play forced RED BLUE STAR's goalkeeper Ionuț Moșneanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to RED BLUE STAR getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ferdinand Pociu hit a great ball. With a little luck, RED BLUE STAR's Ionuț Moșneanu got control of the ball when Rafael Clodio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Melquiades Patxi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Pociu, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 15 played minutes EL PEPO FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Satordi. The audience was convinced that Celso Inge's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ionuț Moșneanu was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albert Panaitoiu in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melquiades Patxi saved EL PEPO FC from getting behind. 31 minutes into the game, Victor Răcănel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Melquiades Patxi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edgard Herauso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Ionuț Moșneanu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Panaitoiu in the 35th minute of play forced EL PEPO FC's goalkeeper Melquiades Patxi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Victor Răcănel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RED BLUE STAR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Răcănel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. EL PEPO FC's Melquiades Patxi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Pociu in the 39th minute of play. If Rafael Clodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. EL PEPO FC's Celso Inge got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albert Panaitoiu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, EL PEPO FC's Tomás Satordi got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute Albert Panaitoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Patxi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ionuț Moșneanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Inge, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. RED BLUE STAR's Ionuț Moșneanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Inge in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, EL PEPO FC's goalkeeper Melquiades Patxi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albert Panaitoiu. Edgard Herauso hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the game, Vasile Leucuța recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Melquiades Patxi. Vasile Leucuța showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. If Albert Panaitoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, EL PEPO FC's goalkeeper Melquiades Patxi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Arapașu. With an all-out effort, RED BLUE STAR's Melquiades Patxi threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Albert Panaitoiu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 88 minutes into the match, RED BLUE STAR's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Clodio came free, but Ionuț Moșneanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Ferdinand Pociu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RED BLUE STAR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. RED BLUE STAR had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
