Bispmotala BK's Christer Wallgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Bispmotala BK from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giuseppe Cearense got free with Christer Wallgren in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Bispmotala BK's zone, Hortêncio Senna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christer Wallgren came out of the goal and Hortêncio Senna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diogo Bueno scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christer Wallgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bispmotala BK's Rune Brandt got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vista Alegre FC's Celso Paulista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rune Brandt in the 19th minute of play. Hans Gråberg hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The long shot by Alexsandro Alvarenga in the 23rd minute really tested Christer Wallgren's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 23 minutes, Alexsandro Alvarenga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vista Alegre FC and the Bispmotala BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vista Alegre FC's Alexsandro Alvarenga got a free kick in the 24th minute. Leonardo Åström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute Matthias Damm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Paulista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Bispmotala BK booed when Vista Alegre FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamim Sampaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Renato Dracena in the 38th minute of play forced Bispmotala BK's goalkeeper Christer Wallgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hans Gråberg kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Christer Wallgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hortêncio Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Mark Olsmann hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Rune Brandt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Hortêncio Senna made the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Matthias Damm got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diogo Bueno in the 58th minute of play forced Bispmotala BK's goalkeeper Christer Wallgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 played minutes Bispmotala BK got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Åke Damm. Christer Wallgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hortêncio Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christer Wallgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Renato Dracena in the 66th minute of play. Leonardo Åström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celso Paulista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Brandt in the 70th minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, Vista Alegre FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Cearense to maneuver through the defense. When Stig-Åke Lundkvist came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Bispmotala BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig-Åke Lundkvist couldn't finish the play. Rune Brandt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the game, Jens-Åke Damm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bispmotala BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vista Alegre FC the free kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vista Alegre FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bispmotala BK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
