Alexandre Marrodan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Manuel Rodríguez 1186's Alexandre Marrodan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calvin Bourton in the 35th minute of play. Frank Fowler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexandre Marrodan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Fowler in the 39th minute of the match. If Frank Fowler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Nastasio Faez charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Damario Rey hit a great ball. Pierre Whittingham charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
