Spectators: 7499 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kjell Bjørseth made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Halvdan Bruland dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emanuel Greshake, 1-0. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind FRANK's goalkeeper Fredrik Ophus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fredrik Ophus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Wagner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Greshake was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Kjell Bjørseth capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kjell Bjørseth really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Halvdan Bruland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Emanuel Greshake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FRANK's zone, René Lazarus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fredrik Ophus came out of the goal and René Lazarus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fredrik Ophus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from René Lazarus, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Fredrik Bostad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FRANK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balus Treter the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers René Lazarus in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fredrik Ophus saved FRANK from getting behind. Emanuel Greshake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell Bjørseth in the 21st minute of play. Kjell Bjørseth struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Emanuel Greshake didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FRANK. A collision led to FRANK getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ørjan Husa hit a great ball. René Lazarus hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Kjell Bjørseth charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kjell Bjørseth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 28 played minutes FRANK got a freekick which was hit by Kjell Bjørseth. Fredrik Ophus came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Balus Treter's Lukas Wagner. But to his dismay, Lukas Wagner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 32 played minutes Balus Treter got a freekick which was hit by Max Eichwald. In the 34th minute of the match, Kjell Bjørseth got a very nice opportunity to score, but Emanuel Greshake was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Audun Østenstad got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 58 played minutes Balus Treter got a freekick which was hit by Eggert Neumann. After having played for 60 minutes, René Lazarus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balus Treter's supporters crossed their fingers, but René Lazarus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Balus Treter booed when FRANK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell Bjørseth didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 67th minute of the match Kjell Bjørseth completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Kjell Bjørseth a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 68th minute, Kjell Bjørseth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of FRANK booed when Balus Treter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lukas Wagner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Balus Treter's Emanuel Greshake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halvdan Bruland in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th match minute, Balus Treter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenobio Walendi to maneuver through the defense. Ralf Henschel hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Balus Treter's Lukas Wagner got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Balus Treter's Eggert Neumann got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Konrad Glesnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Greshake having to interfere. Konrad Glesnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Emanuel Greshake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FRANK had played much better football throughout.
