Remigio Colas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enekoitz Abadia in the 15th minute of play. Teofilo Seber's late challenge caught a Sportivo Chupeño's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teofilo Seber helped the player get up and apologised. Teofilo Seber kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Silvestre Abancens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Buinton, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Silvestre Abancens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Umbruso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remigio Colas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ariando Abeijon in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Chupeño's Romildo Abella got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Albino Joey took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Silvestre Abancens. Sportivo Chupeño's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Silvestre Abancens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Umbruso, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Silvestre Abancens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leandro Buinton's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Ariando Abeijon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Remigio Colas. The goal made the score 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leandro Buinton was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ booed when Sportivo Chupeño was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaskon Abeita didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 52 played minutes, Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's Igor Beltran shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silvestre Abancens came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ reached it. 54 minutes into the match, Sportivo Chupeño's goalkeeper Silvestre Abancens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Loreto. Silvestre Abancens came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's Zeledon Umbruso. But to his dismay, Zeledon Umbruso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Leandro Buinton hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Gaskon Abeita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Colas having to interfere. After 65 minutes of play, Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's Leandro Buinton made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvestre Abancens was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silvestre Abancens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Seber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Buinton took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvestre Abancens. Silvestre Abancens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Remigio Colas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ariando Abeijon went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Sportivo Chupeño's Silvestre Abancens got control of the ball when Mariano Loreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sportivo Chupeño's Silvestre Abancens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Buinton in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Leandro Buinton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvestre Abancens. Sportivo Chupeño's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leandro Buinton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
