The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Chip Preece ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tauno Laasik was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Clapham Comets F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jaak Laanemets came free, but Sebastian Cross reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Raasiku Kõrid booed when Clapham Comets F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chip Preece didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Fowler in the 11th minute of play forced FC Raasiku Kõrid's goalkeeper Tauno Laasik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chip Preece scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tauno Laasik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 16 minutes, Joonas Taaler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Raasiku Kõrid and the Clapham Comets F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joonas Taaler hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Tauno Laasik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chip Preece in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match, Joonas Taaler tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sebastian Cross saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 23 minutes into the game, when Vern Calder put in a rough tackle. In the 24th minute, Vern Calder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Virgo Aavasalu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Raasiku Kõrid's supporters rose to their feet, but Virgo Aavasalu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Cross breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tauno Laasik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from CJ Trusswell, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, CJ Trusswell made a precise shot to the right of Tauno Laasik. FC Raasiku Kõrid's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 37 minutes into the match, FC Raasiku Kõrid's goal looked a bit too open when Chip Preece came free, but Tauno Laasik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Barney Bzeu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tauno Laasik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barney Bzeu took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tauno Laasik. Tauno Laasik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Chip Preece sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44thth minute of the game Piers Maloney who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Raasiku Kõrid's Tauno Laasik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The FC Raasiku Kõrid players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Clapham Comets F.C. were winning 1-4.
Richie Horner kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Vahur Aron kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Clapham Comets F.C.'s Martyn Lawson got a free kick in the 59th minute. CJ Trusswell took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tauno Laasik. Tauno Laasik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. After a rather tough play, FC Raasiku Kõrid's Andro Noorpea got a free kick in the 71st minute. Pat Corby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Tauno Laasik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tauno Laasik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chip Preece in the 78th minute. In the 81st minute Chip Preece shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tauno Laasik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, CJ Trusswell made a precise shot to the right of Tauno Laasik. FC Raasiku Kõrid's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-7. Pat Corby charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pat Corby the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Raasiku Kõrid booed when Clapham Comets F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pat Corby didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, FC Raasiku Kõrid's Tauno Laasik got control of the ball when Chip Preece tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Clapham Comets F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
