Spectators: 7546 (Terracing: 5661, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Georg Lindman kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Conny Björnsson during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alf Gadd came out of the goal and Staffan Ekström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ola Wallman kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Alf Gadd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Staffan Ekström in the 39th minute of play. With 42 minutes on the clock, Ernst Wallin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 41 minutes into the game, one of Blåvitt:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Kenny Vallgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Staffan Ekström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Ralf Wennerqvist took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Alf Gadd to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 55 minutes, Joseph Lind managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IFK Tallkotte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joseph Lind was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alf Gadd was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Staffan Ekström showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 75 minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Staffan Ekström notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Blåvitt's Alf Gadd. Alf Gadd was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Staffan Ekström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Blåvitt's Alf Gadd got control of the ball when Ralf Wennerqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Staffan Ekström's late challenge caught a Blåvitt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Staffan Ekström helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, IFK Tallkotte's Staffan Ekström got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute Marc Hökqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Zachrisson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blåvitt's Alf Gadd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Wennerqvist in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Blåvitt's goalkeeper Alf Gadd had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Staffan Ekström. The Blåvitt fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. IFK Tallkotte were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
