Spectators: 7598 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Staffan Ekström kicked off to start the match. John Zachrisson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Friebe in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, IFK Tallkotte's goal looked a bit too open when Rich Tinker came free, but John Zachrisson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joseph Lind kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Rich Tinker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Team Pogba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 19th minute, Staffan Ekström made a precise shot to the right of Garry Warden. Team Pogba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Rich Tinker hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 25th match minute, Team Pogba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Fearns to maneuver through the defense. Garry Warden made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Staffan Ekström sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ralf Wennerqvist got free with Garry Warden in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 41 minutes into the match, Freddy Friebe notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of IFK Tallkotte's John Zachrisson. John Zachrisson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. John Zachrisson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rich Tinker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Freddy Friebe was the one to do the kick off. When Freddy Friebe came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Team Pogba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Friebe couldn't finish the play. John Zachrisson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Freddy Friebe in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, Team Pogba's Barrie Beavan got a free kick in the 56th minute. After 65 played minutes, Team Pogba's Zane Beadle shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper John Zachrisson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Team Pogba reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as Freddy Friebe kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving John Zachrisson. That made the score 1-3 in the 70 minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Freddy Friebe recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of John Zachrisson. Freddy Friebe showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. 78 minutes into the match, Team Pogba's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Wennerqvist came free, but Garry Warden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Freddy Friebe could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which John Zachrisson however easily saved by the left post. When Freddy Friebe came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Team Pogba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Friebe couldn't finish the play. The supporters of IFK Tallkotte booed when Team Pogba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antony Rockey didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute of the match Michael Hydén shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Garry Warden showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Team Pogba supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Team Pogba would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
