When Cosimo Florio fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CLC Winter's protests and gave Cosimo Florio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, CLC Winter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosimo Florio to maneuver through the defense. Armin Mazza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Flavio Cidro made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franco Croce got free with Flavio Cidro in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Franco Croce who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Flavio Cidro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Franco Croce's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Flavio Cidro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CLC Winter eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
