The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugenio Paz was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Augusto Guedes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Augusto Guedes really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. In the 75th minute, Diego Abajas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 77 minutes of play, Kaplan's Evaristo Gabino made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Breno Moreno was left in no man's land by his defense there! Diego Abajas kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Celsinho Tróia took a quick shot and it went in 2-6 without a chance for Eugenio Paz to make any attempt to save it. Aguinhas played a much better game than Kaplan and deserved their victory. The Kaplan players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
