Spectators: 7620 (Terracing: 5716, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 152) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Angel Calisto made the kick off which started today's match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yavuz Köffers in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenio Paz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hellmut Eilers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Paz having to interfere. Günther Kaiser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abelardo Ledesma hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Günther Kaiser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Paz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Yavuz Köffers sped through Kaplan's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eugenio Paz. Yavuz Köffers hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Yavuz Köffers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Eugenio Paz made a huge save. Kaplan were furious when Cosme Markel was red carded, 36 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 35th minute, one of Kaplan:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kaplan. Jes Klanthe hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Yavuz Köffers managed to get in a good position for a shot. Möhnsen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yavuz Köffers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Paz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Evaristo Gabino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yavuz Köffers stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Möhnsen FC! The referee gave Kaplan a penalty, 54 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Abelardo Ledesma, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Möhnsen FC's Konrad Bogs. 2-1. Konrad Bogs made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Evaristo Gabino sent off a good shot on target. In the 65th minute Yavuz Köffers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Paz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Paz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yavuz Köffers in the 67th minute of the match. Evaristo Gabino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Konrad Bogs made a huge save. Eugenio Paz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Knut Kuschel, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Yavuz Köffers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugenio Paz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Günther Kaiser in the 80th minute of the match. Konrad Bogs was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Abelardo Ledesma capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abelardo Ledesma really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yavuz Köffers in the 84th minute of play forced Kaplan's goalkeeper Eugenio Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th match minute, Kaplan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Calisto to maneuver through the defense. When Abelardo Ledesma fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kaplan's protests and gave Abelardo Ledesma a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Möhnsen FC booed when Kaplan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Ledesma didn't get a good kick on the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
