Spectators: 7476 (Terracing: 5608, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tolek Buczak kicked off to start the match. Tolek Buczak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Thiago Miranda made a huge save. A collision led to FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Valdemar Arósio hit a great ball. Thiago Miranda made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Slawomir Plaski sent off a good shot on target. If Carlinhos Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's zone, Tolek Buczak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Miranda came out of the goal and Tolek Buczak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Thiago Miranda got control of the ball when Tolek Buczak tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thiago Miranda was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Slawomir Plaski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Slawomir Plaski really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. If Tolek Buczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Slawomir Plaski's late challenge caught a FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Slawomir Plaski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA booed when Opus Dei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norbert Poremba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tolek Buczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Miranda having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Slawomir Plaski got free with Thiago Miranda in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcel Severo to strike the kick off in the second half. Thiago Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolek Buczak in the 55th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolek Buczak in the 63rd minute of play forced FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goalkeeper Thiago Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Marcel Severo got a free kick in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the game, Opus Dei's Tolek Buczak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Miranda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Slawomir Plaski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Miranda having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Opus Dei's Tolek Buczak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Miranda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Tolek Buczak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edmund Sakowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee gave Opus Dei a penalty, 86 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Norbert Poremba, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Thiago Miranda. 4-0. Tolek Buczak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Thiago Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Edmund Sakowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 100th match minute, Opus Dei was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Sakowicz to maneuver through the defense. Opus Dei were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA for a fine match.
