Club de la Serpiente's Santo Cayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Club de la Serpiente from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Club de la Serpiente getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Domingos Laurgain hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Severino Di Giovanni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club de la Serpiente's supporters rose to their feet, but Severino Di Giovanni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amancio Radowitzky kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Rubinho Perez got a free kick in the 27th minute. Thiago Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Leheren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Madaleno came free, but Thiago Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Di Giovanni, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 41st minute, Carlinhos Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thiago Miranda came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Club de la Serpiente's Severino Di Giovanni. But to his dismay, Severino Di Giovanni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Thiago Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Di Giovanni in the 46th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severino Di Giovanni to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Di Giovanni came free, but Thiago Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 56 minutes FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Domingos Laurgain who took care of the corner kick. Thiago Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Di Giovanni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goalkeeper Thiago Miranda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruperto Madaleno. Severino Di Giovanni struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Thiago Miranda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club de la Serpiente. After 63 minutes of play, Club de la Serpiente's Ruperto Madaleno made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Miranda was left in no man's land by his defense there! 65 minutes into the game, Ruperto Madaleno recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thiago Miranda. Ruperto Madaleno showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 68th minute, Severino Di Giovanni made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Miranda. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After 73 played minutes FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Severo. Thiago Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristo Cordeal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the game, Cristo Cordeal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thiago Miranda. Cristo Cordeal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. In the 83rd match minute, Club de la Serpiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amancio Radowitzky to maneuver through the defense. Thiago Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Cordeal in the 86th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, Ruperto Madaleno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Thiago Miranda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Club de la Serpiente getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Freddy Franco hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Serginho dos Santos tried to score from far away in the 95th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the match was over Club de la Serpiente could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA throughout the match.
