Konrad Pisarczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berend Tigelaar, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After 12 minutes of play, SV Balverliefd's Folker Schreuder made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Konrad Pisarczyk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Korneliusz Nienajadlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maurice Sybring. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Korneliusz Nienajadlo ran back to his position shaking his head. Korneliusz Nienajadlo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Maurice Sybring made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Steve Verbeek managed to get in a good position for a shot. SV Balverliefd's supporters rose to their feet, but Steve Verbeek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Konrad Pisarczyk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Berend Tigelaar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Konrad Pisarczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32ndth minute of the game Berend Tigelaar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Opus Dei's Konrad Pisarczyk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Korneliusz Nienajadlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Maurice Sybring tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Opus Dei's Korneliusz Nienajadlo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Korneliusz Nienajadlo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurice Sybring having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Berend Tigelaar to make the kick off. Maurice Sybring showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korneliusz Nienajadlo in the 53rd minute of the match. Folker Schreuder struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Konrad Pisarczyk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV Balverliefd. When Korneliusz Nienajadlo came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Opus Dei fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Korneliusz Nienajadlo couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in SV Balverliefd's zone, Slawomir Plaski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurice Sybring came out of the goal and Slawomir Plaski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maurice Sybring showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korneliusz Nienajadlo in the 71st minute of the match. Slawomir Plaski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurice Sybring having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SV Balverliefd's Folker Schreuder got a free kick in the 77th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Berend Tigelaar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Konrad Pisarczyk. Berend Tigelaar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 84th minute, Berend Tigelaar made a precise shot to the right of Konrad Pisarczyk. Opus Dei's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Lukas Heeringa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Konrad Pisarczyk made a huge save. Slawomir Plaski's late challenge caught a SV Balverliefd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Slawomir Plaski helped the player get up and apologised. Slawomir Plaski hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The supporters of Opus Dei booed when SV Balverliefd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jelle Jonge didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of SV Balverliefd were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Opus Dei side.
