When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Octavio Chan made a kick off. Thiago Miranda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elias Cucao's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. After a rather tough play, ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Aureliano Peio got a free kick in the 55th minute. Agustin Shepherd might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thiago Miranda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agustin Shepherd ran back to his position shaking his head. If Agustin Shepherd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thiago Miranda came out of the goal and Agustin Shepherd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th match minute, ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Shepherd to maneuver through the defense. Thiago Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Chan in the 91st minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Elias Cucao had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Miranda.
